Camptown Harness has what you need.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS I have recieved notification from the credit card company that beginning April 1st there is going to be a 5% charge for international orders over and above the fees that I already pay. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to pass on those fees. This does include Canada. CHECK OUT THE BARGAIN BIN, THERE ARE A COUPLE OF COMPLETE HARNESSES, AND UNREINFORCED FREEDOM COLLARS FOR THOSE THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED The Freedom Collar recall did not affect the Mini Freedom Collars, so those of you that have Mini size ones don't need to be concerned. For others, please have your collar returned to me by Feb 15th when the upgrade offer is due to expire if you would like to upgrade. Bits I have decided to discontinue carrying bits. It was just to hard to try and keep what I needed in stock. If you are interested in bits, please contact Sandee McKee at Iowa Valley Carriage, 641-484-4784 as she is the one that was supplying them for me. They are on her web site and she provides wonderful customer service. The bits that I have left will be listed in the Bargain Bin or taken to shows until they are gone. Orders Although it appears that my orders are processed on the web site, they are not. I retrieve them through a very secure website, and then process them manually on a credit card machine, the same as if you were in a store, which is much more secure than a website with a gateway. The email address that comes with your order is not a live link, so I cannot reply without taking the time to cut and paste the address into Outlook, which I normally don't do. EMAIL I seem to be having some problems with cyber gremlins in both directions. If you send me an email, you should get a response within literally a couple hours if there is not a notice that I am out of town. If you don't get a prompt response, send another or call me on the 800#, 800-717-0957 (from Canada you have to call 402-781-2474). If you don't get a response to the second email, call the 800#. Some email is getting caught by my spam filter and some of my email is getting rejected by yours. If I reply to your email and it is rejected, I have no other way to contact you, as most of you do not include a phone number in your email for me to call. |
